Prime Day is here (and almost over!) again! I spent hours online combing through the deals and talking myself in and out of putting items in my basket. Ultimately, I remembered I’m poor, so I only walked away with a few items. See my tiny haul and some Prime Day tips for this holiest of online holidays!
Okay… so I know we’re already about halfway through June, but hear me out… I’m a teacher and my school gets out way late, so I’ve been up to my eyeballs in grading and putting out fires (mostly metaphorical ones) for the last few weeks. I only just had the brain power and time to sit down and write about my May favorites, and I’m so sad that it’s so late, but I do love these items and I really think they’re worth sharing.
Today I’m celebrating by making Irish soda bread and corned beef with cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and onions (I’m trying out the Instant Pot for this year’s Irish feast!), and an apple spice cake with whisky sauce for dessert. Of course, I’m also celebrating by wearing a little bit of green.
